Organic Coffee (BEANS) Mexico 500g

This coffee is grown in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas, in the Tapachula region. Close to the Guatemalan border, it can rival the finest coffees from Guatemala. An Arabica variety grown between 1100 and 1800 metres above sea level on shady volcanic soil. Harvested by hand in three passes, the coffee is wet-processed and fermented for 15 hours.

100% Arabica, mild aroma, hints of caramel and nuts, chocolate; light to medium body; light, delicate acidity. see less
